The Menzingers Houston reviews
A great venue with some caviots
A great night was made by a totally stacked card. Upcoming stars, old favorites, plenty of "heels" and "faces", and a title fight!
The amount of alcohol and environment made the crowd be on good behavior. I didn't see anyone act abusively towards the staff/security and only saw one fan try to start a fight after his beer was spilled, but his neighbors calmed him down before anything happened.
Key Arena is a good venue for The Menzingers, but not great. I'd recommend going only if you can afford to sit in the 100 level somewhere. I sat in the upper decks the last time they were in town and ended up watching on the monitor almost the whole time. I booked seats as soon as they were available online and was able to score some in the second row near where the fighters came out of the tunnel. It was a completely different experience from the first time I went and was able to get some photo ops with fighters and really see the action in the octagon.
